It uses a 100% natural extraction method, thereby retaining all of its active and synergistic constituents to provide a holistic extract. That being said, the HCA and Calcium in this formula have been standardized, which we appreciate. However, according to this standardization, HCA makes up only 50% of the daily dose – which is much lower than our other top choices. Since HCA is the main active ingredient that promotes fat burning and reduced appetite, we prefer products with a higher standardization.
The other problem is that the dose of Garcinia Cambogia itself is not high – only 500mg. A quick calculation shows that this is less than a third of the quantity of Garcinia Cambogia in our top choice, and less than a sixth of the active ingredient, HCA.
